IMMEDIATE RELEASE January 30, 1951 COMMUNIQUE ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE PRIME MINISTER OF FRANCE JANUARY 30, 1951 Since Prime Minister Pleven arrived in Washington on January 29 three meetings between the President and the Prime Minister have been held.
