MEMORANDUM FOR ADMIRAL LEAHY
With reference to my memorandum of yesterday,
there are enclosed for the President's files copies
of three memoranda covering the discussions with
regard to Poland held by the Secretary of State with
Mr. Eden and Mr. Molotov at the State Department on
April 22 and April 23. There is also enclosed a copy
of an additional memorandum concerning discussions by
the same participants relative to the San Francisco
Conference.
