MEMORANDUM FOR THE PRESIDENT
SUBJECT: Delivery of Lend-Lease Supplies
to the U.S.S.R.
There are attached photostatic copy of your
memorandum of May 11, 1945 to the Foreign Economic
Administrator and me regarding lend-lease deliveries
to the U.S.S.R. and a copy of a note which I have
today sent to the Soviet Charge d'Affaires.
