U.S. SERVICE" RECORDAND TRUNK movernment And if they are decided the wrong way, our present great contribution to world peace will end. With it will end the hope for which this generation of mankind has sacrificed so much. The Democratic Party rejects this tragic course. Our foreign policy is a people's foreign policy. Its purpose is to win a people's peace. It demands a people's government in Washington. It demands that we maintain here in America a firm democratic base for world democracy.
