Gary, Ind. 12:45 p.m. Pass RI Junction 1:05 p.m. Pass Pullman Junction 1:11 p.m. Pass Brighton Park 1:41 p.m. Pass Ash Street 1:45 p.m. Ar. Chicago, Ill. 2:00 p.m. Upon arrival the Presidential Party will enter automobiles and drive directly to the Blackstone Hotel. There will be a reception for the President and a tea for Mrs. Truman and Margaret at Hotel from 4 to 5. They will then return to their rooms until about 8:00, at which time the party will enter automobiles for the parade to the Chicago Stadium. The President will speak at 9:00 c.s.t. He will be introduced by Mayor Martin H. Kennelly. Speech will be broadcast over NBC Mutual and also over Middle West television. At the conclusion of the President's speech, the party will re- enter cars and return to the train where they will spend the night. The Reception Committee consists of the following: Edward J.
