Chicago, Ill.\n2:00 p.m.\nUpon arrival the Presidential Party will enter automobiles and\ndrive directly to the Blackstone Hotel. There will be a reception for\nthe President and a tea for Mrs. Truman and Margaret at Hotel from 4\nto 5. They will then return to their rooms until about 8:00, at\nwhich time the party will enter automobiles for the parade to\nthe Chicago Stadium. The President will speak at 9:00 c.s.t.\nHe will be introduced by Mayor Martin H. Kennelly. Speech will\nbe broadcast over NBC Mutual and also over Middle West television.\nAt the conclusion of the President's speech, the party will re-\nenter cars and return to the train where they will spend the night.\nThe Reception Committee consists of the following:\nEdward J.
