    "ocrText": "--4\nThe banner of national independence and of national sovereignty has been\nthrown overboard.\nThere can be no doubt that this banner will have to be raised by\nyou, representatives of Communist and democratic parties, and carried\nforward if you want to be patriots of your country, if you want to become\nthe leading force of the nation. There is no one else to raise it.\n(Stormy applause.)\nThus the matter stands at present. It is obvious that all these\ncircumstances must lighten the work of all Communist and democratic\nparties which have not yet come to power. Consequently, there is every\nreason to expect the successes and victory of fraternal parties in the\ncountries under the domination of capital. (Stormy applause.)\nLong live our fraternal parties! (Prolonged applause.)\nLong live the leaders of fraternal parties! (Prolonged applause.)\nLong live peace among nations! (Prolonged applause.)\nDown with the fomentors of war!
