Dear Mr. President:
I have just been over
the plans which are ready to continue
the United Nations Relief and Rehabilita-
tion Administration Clothing Drive which
was conducted by Mr. Kaiser and turned
into the United National Col-
lection Drive.
FROMAN
ARCAIVES AND
I think they have a
broader set-up and probably can do the
:
SERVICE*
best work of any group in this country.
They must however have a chairman and
I am wondering if Mr. Kaiser will again
be chairman or if you are thinking of
someone else? The sooner they get
started the better.
I am deluged with let-
ters from people wanting to do some-
thing to help and this will give these
people an outlet as soon as it is re-
gularly started.
