schools offer classical, modern language and scientific courses. For
graduation a State examination is required. For specialized study there
are Folk High Schools, agricultural schools, technical schools and
institutions for dentistry, pharmacy, and art. There are two universities
(Copenhagen and Aarhus) with an attendance of approximately 4,000 men and
women.
