has not been coordinated with the intelligence organizations of the Departments of
State, Army, Navy, and Air Force.
DISSEMINATION NOTICE

designated on the front cover and of a carefully limited number of key personnel under
his jurisdiction who, as determined by the recipient, specifically require the infor-
