The rest is purchase money mortgage.\nBC--Well, if he gets good interest on it, it's probably better\nthat way. Who bought it?\nTC--I don't know. After I had that talk with you that day I\nkept urging him to sell it.\nCOHEN said that taking everything into consideration, such as\nhis health, and the fact that there are so many who would fight\nhim, he thought HAROLD was better off.\nBC--Well, I think that's a good deal for him. What else is new?\nTC-Nothing. You also saw the story about FRANCIS going to Italy?\nBC--No.\nTC--That was in the same story. I don't know whether that is true\neither.\nBC--Where was the story?"
