BILL YEAGER to CORCORAN (Continued):
Y - FRANK YATES, 4628 Reservoir Road.
C
- Just call him and tell him I may come over to see him. Don't

They agree that YEAGER will contact YATES.
11:49 AM
FOWLER HARPER to CORCORAN. The following is their conversation:
H - TOMMY, I couldn't get the Bureau to do a goddamned thing about it
SO I got hold of a fellow over there that's handling the case myself
and after we talked around awhile he agreed that they'd get it out
right away.
C - You don't think it's necessary to do anything?
H - No. He promised me that they'd get it out of their office on the way
over here the first of the week at the latest.
C - I see. What's his name?
H - COOPER.
C - COOPER? O.K. Then I'll leave it alone.

CORCORAN wants to tell HURLEY when they're coming. TOM said he's going

2:30 PM
MR. NEAL HEAD (phonetic) in New York City to CORCORAN. The following
conversation took place:
H - Hello, TOM. I talked to JOHN.
C - Yeah.
H - And he said that he considered PAUL 'DWYER (phonetic) so far to the
left and SO beyond control that if you went to him-mentioned this to
him--you would be very apt to end up with that being spread in the
public print, probably in this letter. Held be very nervous to broach
the subject. What do you think.
C - Leave it alone. When in doubt, don't.
H - That's my theory. I tell you what I'm more afraid of though, TOM.
Oh, I forgot to tell you this. I talked to BOYD (phonetic) who talked
to an assistant of WOOLEY's (phonetic), a woman, and she said they'd
been considering it and thought probably ROSS would mention this company.
