BOYD asked, "What do you think of this WOOLLEY (O.P.A. in New York City) thing? He's resigning. 11 CORCORAN said, "What they did was declare a plague on both your houses and got rid of both of them. 11 BOYD said, "The fellow they put in is worse than any of them," and CORCORAN replied "Well, that's all right. He'll let certain things alone. 11 CORCORAN said that the new Secretary of the Treasury is a very good friend of his and an effective man. BOYD will see CORCORAN at 9 tomorrow.
