12:15pm CORCORAN to WORTH CLARK asking what he should tell ERNIE on
the Nebraska Power thing. CLARK then gives him a running back-
ground account of the power case he is working on. There will
soon be a hearing held by the Federal Power Commission. COR-
CORAN asks him if he is going to get tied up as counsel for his
client. CLARK says no. CLARK says that it is really going to
be a big thing.
