Dear Miss Truman:
The President has asked me to tell
you that he has received your letter of
April 28th and will probably write you
himself a little later on.
In the meantime, however, I wanted
to suggest that, when Mr. Young and Mr.
Sutton come to Washington, you advise
them to telephone my office. If they
will do this, we will, of course, be glad
to run them in "off the record" for an
informal chat with the President.
With kindest personal regards.
Sincerely yours,
MATTHEW J. CONNELLY
Secretary to the President
