What they mean is that they'd like to return the capital of the United States to Wall Street. I say that it's time for them to change. It's time for them to change their habit of opposing everything that is done for the people. It's time for them to change the Taft-Hartley Act. It ought to be repealed. It's time for them to change, and support us in raising the minimum wage to at least seventy-five cents an hour.
