of the United States - Theodore Francis Green,

who is carrying a double load by also serving as Chairman
of the Democratic National Committee.
You have proved your devotion to democracy
by enthusiastic support of these outstanding Senators,
and by electing as Governor of Rhode Island another
outstanding liberal, John O. Pastore.
