The Republicans seem to want to live in the past.
They approach the present very reluctantly.
And they absolutely refuse to move ahead to the future.
VIII. The issue in 1952 .
My friends, the issue in Nineteen Hundred and Fifty-two is this:
Do you want to go backward with the party of reaction ?
Or do you want to go forward with the Democratic Party ?
It's up to you to get out and work
if you believe we should continue to march forward.
Vote for your own interests.
Vote for a great future for your country.
Vote for Adlai Stevenson and John Sparkman,
Harley Kilgore and Robert Mollohan.
Vote the Democratic ticket
and you'll be casting your vote for prosperity and peace
