LEADS FOR JUSTICE AND TREASURY
An FBI and Bureau of Internal Revenue investigation should be
made of Allied Public Relations Associates, including Allied Sympathists
and any other affiliated concern, source of funds and its personnal
with particular attention to the relationship of L. Kung to the
organization and his functions, particularly any money he may have
introduced into the firm, and to the question of whether this organi-
zation transmits Chinese funds to influence United States public opinion,
United States political campaigns or Congressional action.
