FIRST PROTOCOL
The following are the decisions of the
first Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers
held in London from llth September to
September, 1945, adopted by M. V. M. Molotov,
People's Commissar of Foreign Affairs of the
Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, Mr. J. Byrnes,
Secretary of State of the United States of
America, Mr. Ernest Bevin, Secretary of State
for Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom,
Dr. Wang Shih-Chieh, Minister of Foreign Affairs
of the Chinese Republic and M. G. Bidault,
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the French
Republic.
FOURTH PROTOCOL
The following are the decisions of the first
Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers held
in London from llth September to
Sep-
tember, 1945, regarding the Peace Treaty with
Finland adopted by M. V. M. Molotov, People's
Commissar of Foreign Affairs of the Union of
Soviet Socialist Republics and Mr. Ernest Bevin,
Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs of the
United Kingdom. Dr. Wang Shih-Chieh, Minister
of Foreign Affairs of the Chinese Republic and
M. G. Bidault, Minister of Foreign Affairs of
the French Republic also took part in the dis-
cussions.
