MR.. MOLOTOV expressed gratification to Mr. Byrnes
for the document and terminated the session at 7:10 p.m.
It was agreed among the delegates that no state-
ment would be made to the press following the present
meeting, but that at each succeeding meeting a
decision would be made as to whether statements should
be issued to the press.
