EXTRACT
COMMUNIQUE
December 27, 1945.
The Foreign Ministers of the Union of Soviet
Socialist Republics, the United Kingdom, and the
United States of America met in Moscow from Decem-
ber 16 to December 26, 1945, in accordance with the
decision of the Crimea Conference, confirmed at the
Berlin Conference, that there should be periodic
consultation between them. At the meeting of the
three Foreign Ministers, discussions took place on
an informal and exploratory basis and agreement was
reached on the following questions:

REPORT OF THE MEETING OF THE MINISTERS OF FOREIGN
AFFAIRS OF THE UNION OF SOVIET SOCIALIST REPUBLICS,
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THE UNITED KINGDOM.
At the meeting which took place in Moscow from
December 16 to December 26, 1945 of the Ministers of
Foreign Affairs of the Union of Soviet Socialist
Republics, the United States of America and the
United Kingdom, agreement was reached on the follow-
ing questions:

PREPARATION OF PEACE TREATIES WITH ITALY,
RUMANIA, BULGARIA, HUNGARY AND FINLAND:
As announced on the 24th of December, 1945,
the Governments of the Soviet Union, the United
Kingdom, and the United States have agreed and have
