To maintain and strengthen the mutual defonsos and security of the

through special enigration the tensions caused by overpopulation in
Western Europe:
Be it ena oted by the Sonate and House of Representatives of the
United States of Amorica in Congresa assembled
SHORT TITLE
Sec. 1. That this Act may be cited as the Spacial Migration
Assistance Act of 1952.

(iii) the provision of facilities, serviços and payments for
the temporary reception and care of refugees from enabling
their contribution toward Comogragy and freadom, and by
