Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Représentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That this Act, divided into titles, chapters, and sections according to the following table of contents, may be cited as the "Immigration and Nationality Act". TABLE OF CONTENTS TITLE I-GENERAL Sec. 101. Definitions. Sec. 102. Applicability of title II to certain nonimmigrants. Sec. 103. Powers and duties of the Attorney General and the Commissioner.
