I certify that the it ems listed in attached Army
Ocean Manifests covering 80, 133 pieces for HASH and 10, 243
pieces for ELLA, bff-loaded at Keelung, Taiwan from the USS
Washburn (AK 108) and consigned to the Ministry of National
Defense, Republic of China were received in apparent good
order and condition with exceptions as indicated below:
a. Item number 4109 of page one of Army Ocaan
Manifest for ELLA, under "Quantity and Type Pkgs" column
should read 894 instead of 594.
b. Cartridge, ball, cal. .45, M-1911, 1200 rds to
box - 12 empty boxes. in shipment.
C. Cartridge, ball, cal. .30, M-2 1500 rds to box -
3 boxes short.
d. Cleaner, rifle, 1-gal, 6-gal to crate - 5
crates short.
e. Oil, L P, 1-qt, 16 qts to carton - 1 carton
short.
