Films of the skull made in four projections show the cranial
bones of normal density. There is nothing to suggest any
evidence of abnormal calcification or any evidence of a
bone erosive change. The pineal gland is well calcified and
lies in the mid line. Comparison with an earlier examination
shows that the equival change seen earlier could well have been
TORMAL-GKULE technical.
NORMAL SKULL.
Echoencephalographio study fails to reveal any evidence of
mid-lineshift.
NORMAL ECHOGRAM.
A film of the abdomen shows the kidney shadows and psoas outlines
partially visualized with no stones within the urinary tract.
Degenerative changes are present in the lumbar spine.
NORMAL ABDOMEN.
Examination of the colon by means of the barium enema reveals
that the opaque material passes readily throughout the colon
without evidence of obstruction. The bowel is somewhat irritable.
There is nothing to suggest any evidence of ulceration and no
diverticulae are identified. The terminal ileum is partially
visualized.
NORMAL BARIUM ENEMA.
Following this a barium-air contrast study was done, we were
able to obtain a fairly good mucosal relief pattern. No
ulceration or organic pathology is seen in the air contrast
study.
