Mr. Long
Mr. Dawson
Wayne Coy will accompany the Presi-
dent to San Francisco. As you know, the
President's speech will be first coast
to coast television net work opening, and
while the President will not mention the
F. C. C. in his speech, it is felt that
Mr. Coy's arrival with the President will
