We believe that the breaking down of civilization, to a great extent, is due to the break- ing down of our homes. We plan to do all that we can to rebuild our World by: (We hope to become a radio organi- zation; thereby not drawing mothers away from their homes where they are needed today as never before.) 1. Bringing instructions to mothers; teaching them to become better character builders in their homes; stressing the importance of discipline in the home; encouraging spiritual training in the home as well as in the church; and urging that Christian principles be lived in the home. (WHAT IS THE GREATEST LACK IN OUR HOMES TODAY? We believe it is the lack of love and affection for children.) Mothers should also be warned that their children become what they SEE, what they HEAR, and what they READ. 2. Encouraging women to study the lives of the men and women they vote for; to take more interest in the needs of their community; seeing that all races have equal opportunities; doing their share to see that the public school teachers are paid adequately in order that high teaching standards may be maintained. (An estimated 350,000 teachers in the U. S. have left the teaching profession for other positions since 1939.) 3. Feeding, clothing, teaching, and administering to the needy around the world.
