PROPAGANDA ACTION PLAN IN SUPPORT OF MILITARY FORCES

03 D Day the - propaganda campaign vill enter its action stage.
Prioritie:1 vill be established by military considerations and all activi-
tius dire:ted at Cuba will be in support of military objectives. All
propagand: directed to countries other than Cuba will be guided by political
action co isiderations.
Tho CWO primary propaganda mechanisms used during the action phase
vill be radio and leaflet dispersion.
