All references unless otherwise noted are to Vol. XI, the testimony of
Andrews taken on July 21, 1964, at the Old Civil Courts Building, Royal
and Conti Sts. New Orleans. Andrews was questioned by Wesley J. Liebeler,
Assistant Counsel for the Warren Commission.
Q. Did you have occasion to meat LEE HARVEY OSWALD?
A. Yes, during the Summer of 1963. (p. 326)
