SERGIO ARCACHA - CURRENT RESIDENCE
In my report of 6 February 1967, I noted that the former neigh-
bors of SERGIO ARCACHA at 10746 LAKE GARDENS, DALLAS, TEXAS,
were very reluctant and curious as to why I wanted to locate him.
It was only after a convincing reasons that MRS. ROBERT (BARBARA)
YOUNG gave me his new address. MRS. CRAWFORD was equally curious.
Both gave the impression they were protecting him. It is my
opinion that one or both of these women have since told ARCACHA
of my visit.
Recalling his obvious intensive interest in LOISEL and me near
his residence, 9915 DONEGAL DRIVE, DALLAS, TEXAS, coupled with
the subsequent news from his former neighbors, ARCACHA may well
be aware he has been located and is the subject of an investi-
gation. He might regard us as some of the revolutionariesswho
have good reason to look for him regarding funds he formaily
handled in New Orleans. Or, he might have more accurately
identified us as investigators.
Therefore, I am offering the suggestion that some method of
keeping tab on ARCACHA be instituted. Should he move again,
I would expect him to be even more difficult to locate.
