I don't recall that name.
I would also like to add I know Mr. Banister did
not owe any 15 month's rent.

Answer: I know we had a Rodriguez. I am trying to recall.
I believe that name was in that file. I would say it was in
there.
Question: What about Manuel Gonzales?

There was a Santana but I don't recall the first name.

No, Mr. Nitchski mentioned that you were interested
in finding out what I knew about the files, where they were,
did I have any.

Banister's files and furniture, did they talk to you?

No, they didn't take his files nor his fur niture.
They didn't take anything out of his office. All the office
furniture was there - the typewriters.
Question: You were working for him in '63.
Answer:
Yes, they never touched any of his files or his
furniture.
Question: Did Mr. Banister own a gun?
Answer:
He had quite a lot of guns and ammunition in his
house. Sometimes he had a gun on him. I don't know what it was.
Question: Besides the one he wore, did he have any other guns?
