ORDER REVOKING PAROLE REVOCATION WARRANT
STATE OF ARKANSAS
BOARD OF PARDONS, PAROLES AND PROBATION
STATE CAPITOL
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, a Parole Revocation Warrant was issued by proper authority in the Offices of the Board
of Pardons, Paroles and Probation at Little Rock, under date of
September 12
, 1963
for
+ No. WM-52715
a paroled prisoner; and
WHEREAS, it satisfactorily appears from facts presented to the Director of the Board of Pardons,
Paroles and Probation that said Parole Revocation Warrant should be revoked;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that said Parole Revocation Warrant be and same is,
revoked and cancelled and said warrant, if there be any outstanding, be returned to the Board of
Pardons, Paroles and Probation, State Capitol, Little Rock, Arkansas, and the cancellation of any
"Wanted Notices" having been placed at the time of parole revocation.
