FROM: ANDREW SCIAMBRA, ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY
RE:
FBI INVESTIGATIONS AT THE FINALE BAR, 1041 ROYAL STREET
Upon talking with some of the employees of the Finale Bar,
we have learned from them that two unidentified men had come
into the bar asking for information about any Cuban refugees
who may frequent the bar. Another person came to the bar with
a picture of a Latin American type person, asking the person
on the door if he had ever seen this person before. These
people did not identify themselves to any of the employees
but merely came in, asked their questions, and left. The
management told me that there have been several inquiries in
the last six to eight weeks regarding Latin Americans and
Cubans from people who continually neglect to identify them-
selves.
