On November 22, 1963, HAUCM, Juvenile Officor,
Conroe, Texas, Folice Department, colephomically advised that

General Electric Company, possibly from Village Oreen,
Pennsylvania, VAGANOV allegedly took his stepdaughter, who is
18 years of age, and headod cas Dalles, Toxas, in a deneral
Electrio Corporation automobile where he olained ho had urgent
business for the noxt weok.
The unkmown girl has a sister in Conroe, a Mrs.
ANTHIS, who allegedly received a telephone eall on the night
of November 21, 1963, from the girl, stating that she was
with VAGANOV at a motel in Dallas, the Oak Cliff Sunset
Apartments, 815 Sunset Avenue, Dalias, Toxas. The girl was
hysterical and crying and claimed that was up to
something terrible" but would not elaborato.
officer HAUCH stated that he had just received a
telephone call from the girl's stepfather in Pennsylvania
wherein the stepfather claimo VAGANOV is possibly the
individual was assassinated the President.
