SUMAYA stated that he has\ncontinuous investigation in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, through civil\nrecords and other sources of information to locate A. MARTINEZ\nknown the owner of the Hotel del Comercio for the past twenty\nand HILDA QUEZADA, with negative results.
