AFFIDAVIT IN ANY FACT
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF DALLAS
BEFORE ME,
Notary Public in and for said County, State of Texas, on this day personally appeared
Who,
after being by me duly sworn, on oath deposes and says: I wed stationalon
the north side door that exits into the
basement from in front of the jail office
garage corridor as Oswald was brought pert
and just south of the jail door in the basement
me he was being bed by Captain / Fritz and was
between two Detectives. as they reached the
edge of the ramp l saw a man dressed. in a
suit wearing a gray hat dart in front of
Oewald and first lehind Captain Frity. l distictive
heard the suspect shout a phrase, the only
word I couldmake outwas son of a bitch
