Gannaway\nSpecial Service Bureau\nDallas Police Department\nThru:\nLicutenant Jack Revill\nCriminal Intelligence Section\nSpecial Service Bureau\nDallas Police Department\nSUBJECT: CRIMINAL INTELLIGENCE (6)\nTHOMAS M. AND NATALIE RAY\nSir:\nPursuant to the instructions of Captain W. P. Gannaway SUBJECT\ninvestigation was conducted with the following results.\nInformation was received by this office that SUBJECTS, who re-\nside at BLOSSOM, TEXAS on FARM ROAD 1502, were friends of LEE HARVEY\nOSWALD and that OSWALD stayed at their home a few days prior to the\nassassination of PRESIDENT KENNEDY.\nSUBJECTS were interviewed, by the undersigned officers, and\nstated that they had met OSWALD, at a party on December 28, 1962 at\nthe home of MR., DECLAN FORD who now resides at 14057 BROOKCRFST, DALLAS,\nTEXAS. SUBJECTS stated that they were invited to the party by MR. ED\nHARRIS, who resides in GEORGETOWIN, TEXAS and operates a cleaning estab-\nlishment at this location. SUBJECTS stated that there is a FRANK AND\nANNA RAY, who reside in DALLAS, TEXAS, that were good friends of the\nOSWALDS. SUBJECTS stated that the people who attended this party were\neither RUSSIAN BORN or married to someone who was. The following is a\nlist of some of the people who attended this party: DANIEL F. SUILLIVAN\nGEOLOGIST for the CONTINENTAL OIL COMPANY located at. LA FAYETTE, LOUISI\nANA, GFORGE BOUHE 4740 HOMER APT. o DALLAS, TEXAS, ANNA & TEOFIL MELLER\n5930% IA VISTA , DALLAS, TEXAS, TATIANA BIGGE'ES 2805 WIST LANE DRIVE,\nHOUSTON, TDXAS and DECLAN FORD 14057 BROOKCREST, DALLAS, TEXAS. SUBJECTS\nstated that this was the only time they ever met OSWAID. NATALIE RAY was\nRUSSIAN BORN.\nRespectfully submitted,\nF. A.
