TO: Honorable Carr Waggoner, Attomey General, Stato of Texas
Complicity of Lyndon B. Johnson in the Murdars of John F. Konnedy and Loe Howard Oswaid
As a postacript to my lettor of Novembor 26th concerning investigation of these two murders, : suge
gost a caroful scrutiny of the complicity of Mr. Lyndon Johnson, now acting as Presidant, in those crimes,
within the area of my conclusion that these murdors were plotted by Vatican-Josuit forces. I offer the
following additiana! factors boaring on the situation:
1) Lyndon B. Johnson was a co-conppirator with Kennedy and tne forces of the Vatican in the fraudulent
oloction of 1960, and is oqually gulity with Kennedy for overy crime committed. He acceptod without
protest, the Pope's soditious ordors that all Roman Catholics vote for Kennedy; engaged in every political
fraud which brought Kennedy to power; was responsible for the mamcmoth frauds perpetrated in Texas by
his own political machine; made the "pligrimago to Canossa" to yiold allegiance to the Pope, invalidat
ing his oath to the Constitution; and aftor Kennedy's inauguration became a willing accessory to every
executivo crima. Kennody's inauguration being fraudulent, and by adhering toenemies of the United
States, troason, Johnson's Inauguration was identical, and he is no more a legal President than would
have been the lowliest "wino" snatched from Skid Row and hastily swadn in as President.
2) Johnson's purpose to continuo the seditious policies of Kennody was made plain in his address to Con-
gross: his acherence to the Kennedy policies in Viet Nam, involving the murder of Buddhist monks, and
the subsoquent murders of Diem and Nhu, all under the inspiration of the CIA; adherence to support of
the Wall Stroet "Shark" which has bankrupted the United States, in its raids against the "Sardines" of
Latin America, undar the guiso of an already aborted Aulance For Progross; rellance on H-bomb diplo-
macy as the uttimate international Instrument; pledge of loyalty to the United Nations, controlled by
pations enemies of our Constitution, but not one word spoken of Toyalty to the Constitution and the Bill
of Rights ( in the Kennedy precedent in his inaugural) - talking out of both sides of his mouth, a very
gom of Josuitical double-tolk, undoubtedly written by a Jesuit.
3) Johnson's coockodile tears ovor the murder of Kennady, but not one word of responsible executive
purposa to uncover every hiddan criminal who holped plot the assassinations, preferiring - like the police
of Dallas - to announca by silence that the rocord of Oswald la now closed - and I repeat, " Like Hell
it Isl".
4) As a long-timo Toxas politician, acquainted with every politicas outlaw, and having access to all
Facts or rumors prior to assassinations, and more suraly subsequant thareto, remaining mute though the
world sbudders at the open knowledge of murder of Oswald to covar for the real criminais, indicating
cloarly that Johnson possesses guilty knowledge, or is himself a particpant in the crime. Had anenoth
Ing to conceal ne would, himself, have taken the initiativo for full investigation.
5) In any murder a competting question Is: "Who had the coost to gain?". The obvious answer Is
Lyndon B. Johnson, for all his toarful regrats.
6 Participating in the four days of vulgar Vatican baily-hoo, turning a fraud and criminal into a
saint, squotizing overy ounce of political and clerical advantaga out of the cadaver of the dead Kennedy,
as had baen done during life, including the exploitation of his entira family.
7) Undoubtadly prapared to accept Robert Kennedy as vice=presidential candidate for the 1964 eleç
tions, as atroady hinted, to permit the Pope to play both ends against the middle: accession of John
Mc Cormack if Johnson dies as was predicted along with Kennedy or Robert Kennesy if Johnson
lives, to keep a fobt in tha crack of the door to perpatuate the fallen Kennedy dynasty.
8) Were the communists irvolved in these murddr S, Johnson and the Vaticon would have exploWad
thoir full propaganda against the USSR. The fact that they have remained mute indicates that they real-
Tzo their own involvement, know where the doodies are buried, and rely upon the sdalitious, faisifying,
mobster press controlled by the Vatican and Wall Stroet, to cover thoir crimes.
