Page 2. TEOFIL MELLER, February 17, 1964. MDLLER invited her to stay at her home for a few days. On November 11, 1962, MARINA left the MELLERS and went to stay at the residence of DECLAN FORD. SUBJECT stated that the last time he and his wife saw the OSWALDS was at a party on December 28, 1962, at the DECLAN FORD residence. GEORGE de MOHRENSCHILDT had brought the OSWALDS to the party. MR. and MRS. MELLER both felt that LEE HARVEY OSWALD had a serious psychological problem. They did not know JACK RUBY. Respectfully submitted, F. 7.a Wilinghauine A.
