Sir:
Pursuant to the instructions of Captain W.P.
Gannaways a background investigation was conducted on
SUBJECT and the following is submitted.
The indices of the Idéntification Bureau of the
DALLAS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE revealed that SUBJECT
was born 20 July 1944 in CHATTANOOGA, tennesseE, the
daughter of LINDELL and ROBERTA DAVIDSON. These índices
revealed that SUBJECT does not know the whereabouts of
either of her parents. The only arrost rocorded on
SUBJECT was in JUDGE JOE B. BROWN'S court for C.C.W..
The F.B.I. return sheet indicated no previous arrests.
Confidential informant I-I states that SUBJECT
formerly resided at 2005. PALESTINE ST. and 1305 TEXAS
ST. in FORT WORTH, TEXAS. SUBJECT'S last known address
was 3809 MEADOWBROOK, FORT WORTH, TLXAS. subject was
living at that address with BRUCE CARLIN common law
husband. T-1 was unable to give any address for subJect
in DALLAS even though subject has been employed in DALLAS
at the CAROUSEL CLUB. T-1 has had no inquiries on subjeCT.
T-1 further stated that SUBJECT has several charge accounts
in FORT WORTH that are past due and considered un-
collectable. T=1 also stated that SUBJECT has beon employed
at the SKYLINER CLUB and the 500 CLUB and the CELLAR CLUB
in FORT WORTH, TEXAS.
The indices of the Records Bureau of the FORT WORTH
POLICE DEPARTMENT revealed that SUBJECT was reported micsing
by her grandmother MRS. RUTH WELCHEL of 4228 W. VICKERY.
This offense was later unfounded. A copy of this report
is included as enclosure # 1. A copy of FT. WORTH PD
INTER-OFFICE CORRESPONDENCE is included as enclosure it 2.
