I have heard it is from drossing room gossip. Joy is 19 years old.

A. No.

A. Taminy True, 24 years old. I believe Tammy is in Olda. City (could be some other
place).
Q. Are either one of them married?
A. Joy Dale first told me she was, but later said she was not and she just says she
is because she has one other child out of marriage.
2. Eave you ever seen: Jack lose his temper or get rough with anyone?
A. No, well he got mad at Tanny True one time because he said she was tating advantage
of him ob trying to get out of her shows. They had a few words over this,
Q. Have you had any fights with Jack.
A. No.
C. Was the Club open the night before the President was shot and the night after?
A. Yes before, no afterwards,
Q. Did you talk to Jack Saturday night after the shooting.
A. Yes, I came to work and the Club was closed and Larry hnd said it would be open so
I called Jack and he got sore and said "Don't you have any respect for the President?'
I needed some money to get home on so he was going to cime to the Club and give me
some. I hnd called him from the Colony Club to his home. One hour later he hadn't
shown, so I then called back from the parking lot beside the Club. This time he
said could not make it and he told the man at the parking lot to give me $5.00
to got home on. Jack sounded deeply upset, very unset and I could hear voices in the
back ground. He did not seem to be drunk or drinking, but very low and far-away
sounding. I never saw Jack dring anyway, and I don't think he ever drank at the club.
