MR. WEST was contacted, and from him was attained
a certified plaque drawing of Dealey Plaza. MR. WEST stated
that he would be willing tó come to New Orleans and testify at
our convenience under our arrangements. Therefore he like Mr.

obtain him to testify. Mr. WEST will be an extremely important
witness because it was he who, besides measuring to exact speci-
fication of the various buildings and places in Dealey Plaza, he
further measured and located and can testify as to the exact
location of where each of the Zapruder frames occurred and are
so stated and placed on his surveyed placque of Dealey Plaza.
