BANNISTER sold most of the files! to KENT COURTNEY according to MRS. BRENGEL. MRS. BRENGEL stated that JERRY and VICKI BROWN of 1809 Robert Street observed a light in BANNISTER'S office late on the night of his death. MRS. BRENGEL stated that the day of MR. BANNISTER'S death, it was a Saturday morning, DELPHINE ROBERTS tried to call him by phone and received no answer. DELPHINE ROBERTS then contacted an FBI man who accompanied her to MR. BANNISTER to find him dead. MRS. BRENGEL states that it appeared she knew before- hand and wanted a witness present. MRS. BRENGEL could not identify any names of persons involved in the probe with MR. BANNISTER. She agreed to view photos at a later date and stated she would cooperate fully with this office.
