A highly successful test of a much cleaner nuclear explosive for peaceful applications, such as large-scals aarth-moving, was conducted recently. The test uss a significant step toward the day when nuclear explosives will ba used for large excavation projects, such as opening of mountain passes, digging of canals, and mining operations. #
