in the Felix Longoria case. Any American who gave his life for the
cause of Democracy shed red blood regardless of the color of his skin.
You have the understanding of a soldier as well as that of a genuine
Texan. I am very proud of you as a Senator from Texas. Your example
is a grand exemplification of our "Way of Life.'
