Attached for your approval is a proposed CAB decision that
would permit an airline of the United Arab Republic (The
United Arab Airlines) to operate into New York City.

The Hearing Examiner, all members of the CAB, and all
interested departments and agencies recommend approval.
This service would be consistent with the United Arab Republic- --
U.S. bilateral agreement.
There is no controversy in the case.
I recommend that you approve the order by signing in the
designated space.
