D. 187 a as yet of said term.\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, ss.\nAricholas matter\nIt appearing to the satisfaction of this Court, by the oaths of Louis Loisean\nand\npurpose,\nduly\nTo be Admitted a Citizen of the United States.\nand examined, that Michalas Matter\nCitizens of the, United States of America, witnesses for that\nfirst\nsworn\na native of\naustria\nLouis PRoiscan of said County, being duly sworn, testifies and says\nresided in the United States of America\nthree years next preceding his arriving at the age of twenty one years, and that he has continued to reside\nthat he is well acquainted with the above named Micholas matter\nand has\nin the United States to the present time, and has resided within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the\nbeen so acquainted with him for tive years. and that the said Aichalas (matter\nUnited States five years at least lost past; and within the State of California for one year last past; and\nthat during all of sail five years' time he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the\nhas continually resided within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America for\nno\nprinciples of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the\nfive years last past. and for one year last past within the State of California, and that during such tine he\nai\nsame; and the said applicant has declared his intention to become a citizen of the United States; and having\nhas behaved himself as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the\nnow here, before this Court taken an oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of\nUnited States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.\nAmerica, and that he doth absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every\nPrisean\nforeign Prince Potentate, State or Sovereignty whateuer, and particularly to the\nCompanial of Curtera\nSubscribed and sworn to in open Court this\n2\nday of\nProv\nA.
