    "ocrText": "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA\nIn the Superior Court of the County of Los Angeles\nIn the matter of the application of\nRocco Campisi\nCounty of Los Angeles- ss,\nTo be admitted a citizen of the United States.\nCounty of Los _Angeles\nNOO\nCounty of Los Angeles\nss.\nCERTIFICATE OF CITIZENSHIP\nState of California.\nState of California,\nRoses Campise being duly sworn, on oath\nUNITED STATES OF AMERICA\nsays:\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA\nThat he has resided in the United States for more than five years last past, and\nCOUNTY OF Los ANGELES\nin said State for more than one year last past; and that during all of said five\nand\nPeter beleno\nyears last past he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the\nof said county, being duly sworn, on oath, say. that he\nis\nwell\nday of\nThe 3t Remembered, That on the\n2nd\n.day of\nprinciples of the Constitution of the United states, and well disposed.toward the\na nine\nacquainted with the above named Roces Campin\nJuly\nin the year of our Lord, one thousand nine\ngood order and happiness of the same; that he does not disbelieve in, nor is he\nerly of\nhundred and down Rocco bampic\nand ha 6 been so acquainted with him for five years last past, and that said\nformerly of\nfornia,\nopposed to all organized government, nor is he affiliated with any organization\nRoseo Campin has\nItaly\nat present of the State of California,\ne said\nentertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized govern-\ncontinually resided within the\naforesaid, appeared in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, the said\nClerk\nment, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the\nlimits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America for five years\nCourt being a Court of Record, having common law jurisdiction, and a Clerk\nunlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific indi-\nand Seal, and applied to the said Court to be admitted to become a\nlast past, and for one year last past within the State of California, and that\nviduals or of officers generally, of the government of the United States or of\nCITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES\nduring said time he has behaved himself as a man of good moral character,\nof the\nany other organized government, because of his or their official character.\npursuant to the directions and requisitions of the Act of Congress of the\nattached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well\nule of\nUnited States of America, entitled \" An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of\n\" and\nRotco Campise\ndisposed to the good order and happiness of the same, and has behaved as a\nNaturalization, and to Repeal the Acts Heretofore Passed on that Subject,\" and\nSubscribed and sworn to before me,\n2nd\nof the several Acts in relation thereto,\nthis\n.day of\nperson not disbelieving in nor as being opposed to all organized government,\neupon\nJuly\nAnd the said Ruces Campin\nhaying thereupon\n1904\nnor has he been, to the knowledge of the affiant\naffiliated with any organi-\ncation\nproduced to the Court such evidence, made such declaration and renunication\nC.G. Kcyes.\nClerk.\ne said\nmade\nBy W.C.Watan Deputy Clerk.\nzation entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized\nand taken such oaths as are by said Act required, and the affidavits of the said\nRoeco Campisi\nand of his witnesses, having been made\ngovernment, nor does he adyocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of\nath of\nand recorded in the records of this Court, reciting and affirming the truth of\n: Con-\nSTATE of CALIFORNIA,\nCounty of Los Angeles.\n}\nthe unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific\nevery material fact requisite for naturalization, as required by an Act of Con-\nss,\nte the\nReco Campisi\nindividuals or of officers generally of the government of the United States, or\ngress of the United States of America, entitled, \"An Act to Regulate the\n1903;\ndo solemnly swear that I\nImmigration of the Aliens into the United States.\" Approved, March 3d, 1903;\nof any organized government, because of his or their official character,\nLos\nwill support the Constitution of the United States, and I do absolutely and\nthereupon it was ordered by the said Superior Court of the County of Los\nentirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to all and every foreign\nAngeles, that the said Roces Campisi\nbe admitted, and\nPrince, Potentate, State or Sovereiguty whatever, and particularly to the\nspiteleds\nhe was accordingly admitted by the said Court to be a citizen of the United\nStates of America.\nKing of staly\nSubscribed and sworn to before me\nBaus\nthis 2nd\n3n the seal of said Court is hereunto affixed, this\nRocco pampusi\nday of\n2nd day July\nin the year\nSubscribed and sworn toin open Court, this 2nd\nJuly\nof our Lord one thousand nine hundred and and in the year of our\nday of\n190.46 before me.\nindependence the one hundred and Eight\nc.e.
