G. Lehulaurn\nyears last past he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the\nThe 3t Remembered, That on the\n2nd\nof said county, being duly sworn, on oath, say.\nthat\nhe\nwell\n2\nday of\nprinciples of the Constitution of the United states, and well disposed toward the\nJuly\nin the year of our Lord, one thousand nine\nacquainted with the above named\ngood order and happiness of the same; that he does not disbelieve in, nor is he\nhundred\nand From Rasper Suter\nformerly of\nand ha S been so acquainted with him for five years last past, and that said\nopposed to all organized government, nor is he affiliated with any organization\nsuitiment\nat present of the State of California,\nKasper Suster\nhas continually resided within the\naforesaid, appeared in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, the said\nent\nentertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized govern-\nment, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the\nlimits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America for five years\nCourt being a Court of Record, having common law jurisdiction, and a Clerk\nme\nand Seal, and applied to the said Court to be admitted to become a\nunl\nunlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific indi-\nlast past, and for one year last past within the State of California, and that\nCITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES\nvid\nviduals or of officers generally, of the government of the United States or of\nduring-said time he has behaved himself as a man of good moral character,\npursuant to the directions and requisitions of the Act of Congress of the\nany\nany other organized government, because of his or their official character.\nattached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well\nUnited States of America, entitled \" An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of\nKaspar Auter\ndisposed to the good order and happiness of the same, and has behaved as a\nNaturalization, and to Repeal the Acts Heretofore Passed on that Subject,\" and\nSul\nSubscribed and sworn to before me,\nof the several Acts in relation thereto.\nperson not disbelieving in nor as being opposed to all organized government,\nthis.\nday of\nAnd the said Kaspar Sulty\nthis\nhaving thereupon\nJuly\n, 1904\nnor has he been, to the knowledge of the affiant affiliated with any. organi-\nproduced to the Court such evidence, made such declaration and renunication\nc.G. Clerk.\nzation entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized\nand taken such oaths as are by said Act required, and the affidavits of the said\nBy N.C.Nation Deputy Clerk.\nRaspar Santa\nLand of his witnesses, having been made\ngovernment, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of\nand recorded in the records of this Court, reciting and affirming the truth of\nthe unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific\nevery material fact requisite for naturalization, as required by an Act of Con-\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA,\nss.\ngress of the United States of America, entitled, \"An Act to Regulate the\nCounty of Los Angeles.\nindividuals or of officers generally of the government of the United States, or.\nI. Kaspar Susta\nImmigration of the Aliens into the United States.'
