Dear Sir:
This office is in receipt of a certified copy of an order of the
United States District Court, in and for the Territory of Hawaii,
which cancels the certificate of citizenship, and vacates and sets aside
the order of your court, admitting to citizenship
Frank H. Schurmann.
There is inclosed herewith a copy of Form 2221 of the Department,
which you are requested to fill out, showing that the record of
naturalization in this case has been canceled in compliance with the
requirements of Section 15 of the naturalization act of June 29, 1906.
Please return this form to this office after it is completed
and you have signed it and affixed thereto the seal of your office.
